🔧 About the Role
As a key member of our Structural Engineering division, you will:
1. Carry out structural inspections, condition assessments, and technical design audits
2. Review and appraise structural risks across a wide range of building projects
3. Manage day‑to‑day project delivery and attend client and design team meetings
4. Produce clear, high‑quality technical reports
5. Stay up to date with developments in structural engineering standards and best practice
6. Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities
7. This role offers the chance to work independently and collaboratively, with exposure to both new construction and existing building assessments.

🧠Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
11. Strong background in civil and structural engineering
12. Experience in structural inspections and structural design
13. Knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry design to British Standards and Eurocodes
14. High‑rise building design experience (advantageous)
15. Excellent communication and technical report‑writing skills
16. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
17. Passion for engineering quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
🎓 Qualifications
18. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
19. Chartered status (CEng) with ICE or IStructE
20. Membership of a relevant professional institution
