* Excellent organisational and management skills.
* Experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
* Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience creating strong links within the local community.
In short, you’ll have a proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home, complemented by compassion and resilience.
