The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of the post-sale customer journey, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement
* Driving product adoption and ensuring full utilisation of services
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries across email, phone, and chat
* Monitoring customer health metrics and usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities
* Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, Editorial, Marketing) to enhance the customer experience
* Acting as the voice of the customer, contributing to product development and improvements
About You
* 2–3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
* Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders
* Experience within a B2B subscription-based environment (ideally financial markets, data, or SaaS)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and quick to learn
* Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
* Able to work from the London office 3 days per week
