Sous Chef Ideal Profile:
* Experience working in Michelin-starred or luxury fine dining environments
* Passionate about innovation, flavour, and exceptional presentation
* Calm and confident under pressure with excellent kitchen organisation
* Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach
* Maintains the highest personal and professional standards
* Eager to grow, learn and contribute creatively within a world-class team
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Working alongside the head chef and chef patron to execute a refined, modern menu
* Leading sections and supporting smooth kitchen operations at the highest level
* Managing ordering, stock control, rotas and team leadership tasks
* Upholding the restaurants Michelin-starred standards in every service
* Playing an active role in dish development and menu innovation
* Ensuring consistent excellence in food safety, hygiene, and compliance
