Our client is seeking an experienced Housing Assistant
Management of property tenancies and garage allocations lettings:
Arranging signups and viewings with applicants
Preparing and distributing documentation relating to garage licensees as well as the creation of new tenancies, voids tenancy changes, and mutual exchanges
Updating the Housing IT system with any changes to tenancies and lettings as they occur
Raising inspection requests and offers
Management of accounts and rechargeable repairs:
Letter production, rent credit, adjustment and refund documents
Raising requisitions and processing invoices
Taking payments for accounts
Tenant Involvement and Engagement activities:
Producing and organising the printing of materials, flyers and Agenda preparation
Taking and typing up meeting notes/minutes in support of the Tenant Engagement Officers/Tenant Advisory Panel
Effective and inclusive customer service:
Providing with advice, information or answers to queries that may raise at the first point of contact
Maintaining accurate electronic and paper house files, case notes, letters and forms by filing, scanning and system updating
Monitoring and recording of all post and e-mail correspondence, directing to the appropriate officer
