This role will contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change, facilitate group-based programmes (both online and in person), and deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions. The post holder will work with a team of adult and children and young people practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker.
The role will include out of hours and weekend working, estimated at two evenings per week, or as dictated by the business needs of the service.
