Moxy Belfast City, which opened in September 2025, is bringing fresh energy to the city centre. We’re now looking for a Finance Manager who loves numbers as much as we love great vibes. Someone who can keep our finances sharp, our strategy smart and our business thriving – all while embracing the signature Moxy energy.

Your Mission:
To be the financial powerhouse behind the hotel, ensuring our financial performance is strong, compliant and future-focused. You’ll partner with the leadership team to turn data into insight and keep Moxy Belfast City performing at its best.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the numbers - Take responsibility for the hotel’s finance function including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and financial controls.
* Dive deep into data - Analyse performance, identify trends and uncover opportunities to drive profitability and smarter decision-making.
* Lead financial planning - Manage forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis and internal controls to ensure strong financial health.
* Keep us audit-ready - Develop and maintain robust financial policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate across the hotel - Work closely with the General Manager and department leaders to manage costs, improve efficiencies and achieve financial goals.
* Deliver insight that matters - Prepare and coordinate key financial reports, including payroll analysis, revenue forecasts and performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Hospitality experience – essential: A minimum of 3–5 years accounting experience within a hotel environment is non-negotiable. You understand the financial rhythms of a hotel operation and how to support a high-performing hospitality team.
* A natural leader: You know how to motivate and support your team while maintaining high performance standards.
* Detail-driven and strategic: You have a sharp eye for accuracy but can also step back and see the bigger financial picture.
* Tech-savvy: Advanced Excel skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with accounting systems.
* The Moxy mindset: A proactive, collaborative and energetic approach – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
