Role Overview.
The Informed Design Customer Adoption team ensures a high-quality product experience is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk's Informed Design workflows through virtual, in-person and on-demand content and interactions with the Adoption Team.
As a Customer Adoption team member, you will help support our customers' ability to adopt industrialized construction technology at all levels of formal Autodesk engagement. You will communicate product value appropriate for each prospect of Autodesk's solution and will lead the early stages of customer adoption activities including lead qualification, discovery and demo sessions and industry event support.
This hybrid position will report into the Sr. Manager of Business Operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. You will connect and engage with Informed Design customers to drive adoption for new technology and workflows virtually and in-person, engaging in hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
2. Responsible to roll out new Informed Design technology to our customers, to our partner network and internally across Autodesk.
3. Communicate industrialized construction solutions to customers at different levels, including product demos
4. Qualify new leads and opportunities
5. Attend, support and partner with cross-functional team members at industry events worldwide
6. Use social media networks and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand to establish credibility and promote solutions
Minimum Qualifications
7. 5+ years Customer Success/Account Management experience
8. Expertise in the Manufacturing PDM Autodesk collection
9. Excellent customer interaction skills
10. Travel domestically and internationally, up to 20%
The Ideal Candidate
11. Experience in manufacturing building products (furniture, windows, doors, lighting)
12. Construction industry experience
13. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
14. Public speaking experience
15. Strong command of German and/or French
