Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage large commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities * Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while utilising Primavera P6 for tracking progress. * Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare detailed reports on project status, including timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks. * Utilise Civil 3D for design and planning purposes to enhance project efficiency. * Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through effective communication and time management skills.
