🔍 About the Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you'll:
* Manage a complex caseload involving children and families
* Carry out assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work
* Provide professional guidance and support to less experienced social workers
* Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for children
* Ensure all work meets statutory requirements and local authority standards
✅ What We're Looking For
* Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
* Significant experience within Children's Services
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation
* Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills ✍️
