Customer Service Representative — £25,000 per annum • Permanent opportunity • Location: Wrexham
Working hours: 9am-5pm M-Th & 8am-4pm F (30-minute lunch break)

The Role
Customer Service Representative required to work for a successful supply chain and distribution company who has an excellent reputation for providing a fantastic working culture.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
* Liaising with UK & EU Customers / Franchisees
* Customer Quote & Order Processing via Soleil online platform or email
* Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues
* Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services
* Liaising with our Warehouse & External Partners
* Dealing with Customer Complaints
* Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes
* General Admin / Internal Data Maintenance
Customer Service Representative requirements
The successfully appointed Customer Service Representative will have the following skills and abilities:
* Customer service background
* Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Teams
Desirable requirements but not essential
* Basic customs knowledge (Export / Import)
* Basic knowledge of international freight / shipping
* Experience of working with customers outside of the UK
* Experience with Sage X3
