About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You will be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy for planning and prioritizing, and follow recipes precisely. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the appropriate steps to take if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
