Store Manager, for a recently opened store.
Permanent, 42.5 hours per week
Working Pattern
42.5 hours per week over x5 days
What will you be doing as a Store Manage
* Driving Sales
* Driving exceptional customer service
* Effective Stock Management
* Completing daily and weekly trade reports to give feedback to the HO team.
* Training and developing store team.
* Maintaining brand standards
* Supporting the delivery of company initiatives
Experience /Skills
* Previous retail experience of a minimum of 1 year will be beneficial but not essential
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service
* Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask
* Proactive and able to problem solve
* Strong communication skills
*Hourly rates of pay may differ if you are under 23
