At IHG, we’re looking for a Hotel Billing and Invoicing Analyst who’s passionate about precision and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Technology Field Services operations across EMEAA and AMER, driving the accuracy and integrity of billing for critical services and products. You'll dive deep into invoice analysis, ensuring every detail is correct, complete, and aligned with our high standards. Your day to day
• Work with the Technology Field Service product and service owners to ensure billing volumes are correct.
• Review and analyse billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and send invoices via IHG Finance offshore teams following processes and procedures.
• Reconcile billing records and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from hotels in partnership with Technology Field Service central and business unit teams.
• Request Purchase Orders relating to Department Costs.
• Record Invoice information against raised Purchase Orders.
What we need from you
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, a strategic thinker, and a natural problem-solver—able to adapt quickly, juggle shifting deadlines, and deliver clear, accurate reporting under pressure. If you’re self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced global environment, and bring cultural awareness and laser-sharp attention to detail, this role is for you.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
• 3+ years’ experience of managing a fast-paced team within a function that operates 24/7
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
• ITIL v3 Foundation desired but not essential. Other ITIL Lifecycle Modules is desirable.
