Job Description
Overview: The Project Manager - Wastewater + Commercial Projects will be responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects, managing teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight: Lead and manage project execution from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with goals, budgets, and schedules.
2. Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and high performance.
3. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control project finances, approve budgets, change orders, and ensure delivery within financial parameters.
4. Schedule Management: Develop and oversee project timelines, identify delays, and coordinate with teams to maintain schedule integrity.
5. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, costs, and safety.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
