Guardian Angel Carers, a compassionate and innovative home care franchisor, is seeking a Business Performance Manager to join our National Office team.
This high-impact role involves close collaboration with our growing franchise network and the Managing Director. You will be a trusted advisor to franchise owners, providing strategic support and insight to ensure strong commercial growth, operational excellence, and the highest service quality.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue growth, client acquisition, and compliance scores.
* Conducting business reviews and providing actionable improvement plans to franchisees.
* Coaching and guiding underperforming franchisees to strengthen efficiency and financial management.
* Supporting new franchisee recruitment and onboarding.
* Contributing to national strategic projects, including digital transformation and service innovation.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in business performance, operations, or franchise management.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial/operational data.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
* Flexibility to travel nationally and manage a varied workload.
Experience in health & social care and knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CQC is desirable.
