What you’ll do: As an Assistant Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Social Workers within the Family Help Hubs. Your responsibilities will include: Working with children under child protection plans, child-in-need plans, and those involved in Public Law Outline/Initial care proceedings. Contributing to multi-agency practices by conducting pre-birth and parenting assessments. Focusing on contextualized safeguarding for adolescents. Implementing the Hampshire Approach, ensuring the child's voice is heard and their views recorded.
