Key Responsibilities
1. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and related documents
2. Assisting in preparing correspondence, witness statements, and tribunal bundles
3. Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
4. Conducting legal research and preparing summaries of findings
5. Supporting the team with case management and administrative tasks
6. Maintaining accurate records and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
About You
7. Previous experience in employment law or a similar paralegal role
8. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload
11. Proactive, client-focused approach and a desire to develop in employment law
12. A relevant qualification in law or employment law is desirable but not essential
