Job Title: Branch Administrator

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised Branch Administrator to join our busy team in Stone. This is a pivotal role where you will provide vital support to the Branch and Sales Managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the site.
The role is varied and fast-paced, making it ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities. You will be a key part of a friendly and hard-working team, contributing to excellent service delivery and branch efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
* Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
* Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office as required
* Maintain accurate sales records and databases
* Support the sales team with events and trade shows
* Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
* Assist with internal communication and coordination across the branch
* Deliver consistently professional and customer-focused service

* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels
* Highly organised, accurate, and able to multitask effectively
* Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
* Presentable and positive, with a “can-do” attitude
