What you'll do as a Creative Arts Tutor
You’ll be entrusted to:
* Design and deliver educational programmes that align with course aims, reviewing and improving content for quality.
* Plan engaging lessons using high-quality materials and resources to optimise learning.
* Manage all aspects of learner accreditation.
* Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, achievements, and provide performance reports as needed.
* Build positive, professional relationships with learners to foster a productive learning environment.
* Support security procedures by carrying out rub‑down searches of prisoners when required.
Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have
* A minimum Level 3 award in Education and Training (QCF), or equivalent.
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Creative Crafts or a related subject area.
* Experience in roles requiring strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Recent and relevant teaching experience in your subject area.
