Welding Tutor (Part-Time, Permanent) KBM Resourcing are recruiting a Welding Tutor to work with our client based in Stonehaven. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served Welder who is ready to pass on their knowledge and mentor the next generation of welders. Whether you are looking to come off the tools, or are already off the tools and seeking part-time work, this permanent role offers the chance to work closely with apprentices throughout their full learning journey. The Role You will integrate into the fabrication department and play a key role in ensuring welding apprentices receive high-quality training and mentoring, aligned with the company’s in-house training programme. You will be working with a team of 9 fabrication apprentices enrolled on a 4-year training programme, supporting them from early development through to qualification.
