* use simple, yet highly effective tools, models, and frameworks that clients just 'get'
* get a CPD qualification when they work with us, nothing too fancy, just good, practical stuff
* if they're already ICF qualified, they get extra CCE credits (that's quite fancy)
* respond to clients' needs and offer answers when and how they need it
* believe in building kick-ass cultures so people are no longer miserable at work
