Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers
Location: East of England, Essex, Chelmsford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day - PAYE + CPD
Job Duties:
1. Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
2. Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students and accommodate different learning styles
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
4. Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create your own plans when necessary
5. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
6. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure the overall success of the educational programme
Required Qualifications:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs
Education:
10. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
11. Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
12. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom and deliver engaging lessons
Knowledge and Skills:
13. Strong understanding of educational principles and best practises
14. Ability to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
15. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
16. Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
17. Experience working as a supply teacher in a variety of school settings
Working Conditions:
18. Work primarily in school classrooms and educational settings
19. Full-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
20. May require travel between different schools within the East of England region
