What Youll Be Doing
* Leading and managing a team of?surveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs.
* Handling?complex and high-priority repairs, including?damp & mould issues?and?disrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
* Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution.
* Supporting your teams development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
* Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects.
What Were Looking For
* Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor?(or equivalent) with?extensive experience?in?responsive repairs?and?building pathology.
* Proven leadership and team management experience youll be leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
* A comprehensive understanding of?damp & mould?issues,?disrepair claims, and?building defects.
* A customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors.
* Experience using?CRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
