A dynamic and forward:thinking primary school in Enfield is launching a brand:new Behavioural Resource Base in September 2025 and is now seeking several experienced and confident Teaching Assistants to join the team. This is a unique opportunity for any Teaching Assistant with a background in behaviour support or SEMH to make a lasting impact in a structured and highly supported provision.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work with children across KS1 and KS2 who present with challenging behaviours, social:emotional needs, and often, undiagnosed or emerging SEND. As a Teaching Assistant, youll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning through clear structure, positive reinforcement, and restorative approaches.
This Teaching Assistant position involves working closely with the class teacher, behaviour mentors, and the SENCO to maintain a calm and purposeful environment. De:escalation techniques and resilience are key qualities needed in a Teaching Assistant in this role.
The school is trialling candidates over the next 4 weeks, and is eager to meet motivated Teaching Assistants who can demonstrate initiative, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
