Role: Children's Registered Home Manager
Location: Halifax
Service: Four bed EBD service for boys and girls
Salary: £57,000 (Up to £78,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours/week)
Bonus Package:
1. Welcome Bonus: £5,000 (post-Ofsted registration)
2. Ofsted Bonus: Up to £6,000 annually
3. Occupancy Bonus: Up to £5,000 every 6 months

Your Role
As Registered Childrens Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the full operational leadership of a children's home, ensuring outstanding care and a safe, nurturing environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Lead and inspire a high-performing residential care team
5. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standards
6. Drive trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
7. Liaise with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic care
8. Manage safeguarding, risk, and care planning procedures
9. Promote the home internally and externally with key stakeholders
10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators
11. Support wider organisational projects and service development
What We're Looking For
12. A child-focused leader with a passion for positive outcomes
13. At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager (or existing Registered Manager experience)
14. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
15. A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic practices
16. A commitment to continuous improvement and team development
