Our modern, purpose-built premises support a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, and a dedicated administrative team. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our team on a permanent basis for 8 clinical sessions per week. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality primary care consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and video) Manage a clinical caseload including acute and chronic conditions, minor surgery (desirable), and preventative care Participate in practice meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives Contribute to prescribing safety, referral management, and QOF achievement Supervise and support trainee GPs, medical students, and clinical staff as required Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using SystmOne Work collaboratively with the wider primary care network (PCN) and community services Sessions & Working Pattern 8 clinical sessions per week (flexible days, to be agreed) No extended hours or weekend commitments required Protected admin time and CPD support included Salary & Benefits £11,000 per session (pro rata) – equivalent to £88,000 per annum for 8 sessions 6 weeks annual leave 1 week study leave (pro rata) NHS Pension Scheme Medical indemnity covered by the practice Regular in-house CPD, peer support, and mentorship Contract in line with BMA model contract Person SpecificationEssential Full GMC registration with a licence to practise Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List (or eligible) MRCGP qualified Excellent communication and organisational skills Commitment to continuous professional development Ability to work effectively within a team Desirable Experience in primary care in the UK Interest in minor surgery, women’s health, or chronic disease management Experience with SystmOne clinical system Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
