Local Authority Housing Resident Services Operational Manager, North London
Pay rate to £32.45 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Resident Services Operational Manager in North London
Responsibilities
1. Lead frontline housing operations to improve mixed-tenure estates and support vulnerable residents
2. Promote resident engagement and community cohesion
3. Oversee income collection, debt recovery, and housing enforcement across all tenures
4. Collaborate with police and partners to address anti-social behaviour and domestic issues
5. Manage leasehold and Right to Buy services, protecting council interests
6. Drive service improvements, lead projects, and respond to complex complaints
7. Monitor team performance and ensure delivery of council participation strategies
Requirements:
8. Relevant housing or management qualification, or equivalent experience
9. IRPM/CIH qualification (or working towards one) desirable
10. Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work
11. Willingness to work evenings and outside standard hours
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role – it is essential that you have experience in service charge calculation and collection and management,
