The role is varied and rewarding, vital for the daily operations and strategic development of the agency. It is suitable for an experienced Domiciliary Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Manager looking to develop or progress their career in Social Care Management.

Reporting to: Owner & Director
Key responsibilities include:
* Report to and work closely with the Business Owner & Director
* Full responsibility for daily Operations and Strategic Development of the Agency, focusing on Business Growth, Marketing, Community engagement, Quality, Attraction, and Retention of the Care Team
* Provide high standards of Care & Continuity of Care to Clients at all times
* Respond to enquiries from potential Service Users, Families, Hospital Discharge Teams, and GP Practices. Conduct assessments and convert prospects into care packages efficiently and compliantly
* Liaise with Social Workers, Families, and other Professionals to plan and manage care needs
* Conduct assessments & reviews with clients and produce care plans
* Ensure healthcare arrangements are in place
* Use Care Planning Software for staff rotas, payroll, and invoices
* Recruit, induct, and supervise new Care Professionals & Office Staff
* Manage staff performance and conduct to uphold standards
* Coordinate with Care Quality Commission inspectors and inspections
* Manage the company's Audit & Quality Assurance cycle
* Practice integrity in handling clients' personal and financial affairs
* Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends as part of a rota
* Follow safeguarding guidelines and reporting mechanisms
* Promote a positive professional profile within the community
