The Opportunity
* Join a fast-growing Retail Media division at the centre of a major commerce transformation.
* Work on high-profile, multi-million-pound accounts across marketplaces and leading UK retailers.
* Help shape innovative activation strategies across platforms including Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and Criteo.
* Play a key role in integrating Retail Media into wider digital and performance strategies.
* Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team investing heavily in capability and progression.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day activation and optimisation of retail media campaigns to deliver measurable eCommerce growth.
* Develop account growth plans and innovation roadmaps to exceed revenue targets.
* Deliver insightful performance reporting and strategic recommendations to clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with retail and technology partners.
* Manage financial reconciliations and ensure operational excellence across accounts.
Your Profile
* 2+ years’ hands-on experience across Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media and/or Criteo.
* Strong understanding of search strategy, retail readiness, attribution and conversion optimisation.
* Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholders and mentoring others.
* Commercially minded, analytical and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Motivated by innovation and continuous learning in the evolving Retail Media landscape.
