Data & CRM Executive
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Data & CRM Executive, in a hands operations role, responsible for CRM data quality and running the automated renewal process for all 20:20 Innovation products and services.

Role Description
As a Data & CRM Executive, you will be responsible for improving CRM data quality and running the automated renewal process for all 20:20 Innovation products and services. The remit starts with repetitive but essential data work (e.g., merging large volumes of duplicate records) to ensure a reliable CRM that acts as a genuine source of truth across the business.
It’s a strong starting point for someone who wants to move into revenue operations (RevOps) once they’ve mastered clean data foundations.
Success in this role looks like accurate and well maintained CRM data, and assisting the team in a renewal workflow that runs with minimal intervention.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in managing spreadsheets and using spreadsheet tools such as filters, lookups, dedupe logic
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and happy to do repetitive work accurately
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships with internal teams
* Logical, structure approach to problem solving
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Experience in using CRM systems such as Hub Spot would be desirable as would exposure to CRM or subscription environments and experience of cleaning or manipulating data
