We are seeking a meticulous and driven End-to-End Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless performance of our software applications, APIs, and hardware integrations through rigorous manual testing. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Test Planning & Strategy
Design and implement robust test plans for software, APIs, and hardware.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing scope and objectives.
Establish scalable testing methodologies for comprehensive coverage.✅ Functional & Non-Functional Testing
Execute manual functional tests to validate expected behavior.
Conduct performance, load, and stress testing.
Ensure compatibility across devices, operating systems, and browsers.🔗 API Testing
Manually test APIs for functionality, performance, and reliability.
Validate data flow and integrity across integrated systems.
Use tools like Postman or SoapUI to support testing efforts.📊 Data Verification
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across databases and sources.
Perform reconciliation and validation tasks.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve data-related issues.📱 Device Testing
Test applications on mobile, tablet, and IoT devices.
Identify and troubleshoot hardware-software integration issues.
Guarantee a seamless user experience across platforms.🐞 Defect Management
Log and track defects with detailed documentation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
Conduct regression testing to confirm resolution.🤝 Collaboration & Communication
Act as a bridge between development, product, and implementation teams.
Provide clear updates on testing progress and risks.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in QA engineering or software testing roles.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with device testing and cross-platform compatibility.
Knowledge of data verification and integrity principles.
