Focusing on sustainable fashion, engaging with local communities and leading our volunteers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience, we raise funds to deliver an Equal Future for disabled people and their families.
Role
Shop Manager, Scope's Sheffield shop. You will have autonomy to run the shop using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, with different daily challenges that are extremely rewarding.
Responsibilities
* Generate and process stock and design eye-catching window displays.
* Recruit and train volunteers to support shop operations.
* Manage day-to-day shop activities and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
* Operate with a can-do attitude and always put customers’ needs first.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Utilise Microsoft Office to support shop activities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant experience in retail or a management role, with a passion for retail and fashion.
* Experience in running a shop or readiness to take the next step into a management role.
* A great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
* Strong teamwork and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Shop Hours
Scope Charity Shops are open every day. Some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Full-time hours are 35 hours per week, five days out of seven. Part-time vacancies have a seven-day rota.
