Business Development Manager, Drinks - Out of Home Northern England - Yorkshire / Lancashire (Home Based) £45,000–£50,000 + 20% Bonus + Company Car/£7k Allowance + Travel Expenses | Home-Based | Occasional Travel to Head Office (Northern Home Counties) TalentPool are proud to be working exclusively with one of Europe’s fastest-growing, family-owned hot beverages companies to recruit three exceptional Business Development Managers with a focus on winning new business. Their ambition knows no bounds, with recent expansion into Australia and major investment in UK infrastructure, including a state-of-the-art £3.5 million manufacturing facility in Kent. They’re the go-to drinks partner for some of the biggest names in the industry - Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, McDonald’s, Greggs, Starbucks, Compass Group, Subway and many more. The Role: Reporting to the Business Development Director, you’ll be focused on expanding their presence across the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role, ideal for a passionate, results-driven new business hunter ready to make their mark. Your key responsibilities will include: Identifying and winning new business opportunities across cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and leisure venues Targeting independent operators to offer tailored branded and own-label solutions Building long-term relationships via networking, referrals, cold prospecting, and industry events Using data and customer insight to create value and spot strategic opportunities Supporting new site launches, equipment installations, and promotional events when needed What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking energetic, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive on building relationships from the ground up. You’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, proactive in your approach, and genuinely passionate about great drinks and growing brands. If you’ve got a background in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality or coffee, and a track record of smashing new business targets, we want to hear from you.
