Job Title: Electrical Voids Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing email, typing, copying, and filing documents.
Diary & Schedule Management: Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments for the electrical team and engineers.
Paperwork & Invoicing: Preparing and monitoring invoices, timesheets, and other relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Project Documentation: Maintaining and organizing project-related files, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Communication: Liaising with customers, clients, suppliers, and statutory authorities regarding electrical work and resources.
Office Supplies & Equipment: Ordering office supplies and ensuring office equipment is maintained.
Data Entry & Reporting: Generating reports and spreadsheets, and managing data related to projects and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Organizational Skills: Must be well-organized, methodical, and possess strong time management skills.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
IT Proficiency: Basic IT skills and experience with software like Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are necessary.
Basic Technical Understanding: The ability to follow technical diagrams and understand basic electrical concepts is beneficial.
Interpersonal Skills: A polite and cooperative demeanor, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure, is important for supporting the team and customers.
Educational Background: Often requires 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
