Sales Administrator Role
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a well-established and reputable business in the Dewsbury area.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing sales orders for various customers using SAP.
2. Handling telephone inquiries from end users and retail customers.
3. Managing communication with couriers and carriers.
4. Responding to incoming emails within agreed service levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a customer service or administrative environment is preferred. Excellent IT skills are essential.
