A respected, employee-owned ecological consultancy in the South West is seeking an Associate Director - Ecology to join their thriving team.
This is your chance to:
* Lead complex ecological projects across private and public sectors.
* Mentor and support a talented team of ecologists.
* Influence planning, design, and development with your expert advice.

What we're looking for:
* Senior-level ecological experience (EcIAs, HRAs, BNG assessments, management plans).
* Strong communication skills with clients, planners, and regulators.
* CIEEM Membership (Chartered status is a plus).
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
