Role: Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a seasoned Hybrid BA/PM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in both business analysis and project management. This role demands a proactive individual who can drive requirements gathering, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
* Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops
* Document requirements in formats such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
* Facilitate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
* Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery
* Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
* Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
* Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in running workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
