Brand Lead – Pharmaceutical Division

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Brand Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong heritage in prescription healthcare and a growing footprint across the UK.
This is a key role within the team, responsible for driving brand performance across the UK & Ireland. You’ll lead the development and execution of targeted, compliant, and impactful marketing strategies that support both commercial and clinical objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and execute the brand strategy for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products
* Develop and implement UK&I campaigns aligned with global direction and local market needs
* Work closely with medical, regulatory, and sales teams to deliver effective, compliant messaging
* Lead educational initiatives and content for healthcare professionals in the primary care setting
* Analyse market data, clinical trends, and performance KPIs to refine strategy and optimise ROI
* Manage external agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or brand management experience
* Deep understanding of the NHS and primary care environment
* Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects through to execution
* Experience developing materials and campaigns for healthcare professionals
* Urology or specialist care experience is a plus, but not essential
* Strong analytical skills, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
