We are partnering with a leading Top 10 professional services firm to recruit a Business Tax Director to join their growing Bristol team. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on client delivery, team development, and driving business growth.

Your role as a Business Tax Director:
* Lead and grow the Business Tax compliance and advisory offering.
* Act as a trusted adviser to mid-market clients on complex corporate tax matters.
* Develop and manage key client relationships.
* Drive new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* Oversee quality, risk, and commercial performance.
What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
* Extensive corporate tax experience within practice.
* Proven track record of winning work and managing senior client relationships.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
