What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our nationwide operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Calling customers to confirm scheduled jobs before engineer attendance
* Managing engineers’ diaries and planning efficient routes
* Sending job details and updates to engineers in the field
* Carrying out general administrative tasks
* Communicating with customers via telephone and email
* Supporting the team in meeting engineer and team performance targets

We’re looking for someone organised, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While the following experience is ideal, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Confident using computers and office systems
* Experience in an administrative role
