Your Role
You will oversee SEND provision across all key stages, managing EHCPs, intervention programmes, and a skilled team of TAs. You’ll work closely with SLT, external agencies, and families to support student needs and drive inclusive practice across the curriculum.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified teacher status and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it)

Experience coordinating SEND provision in a secondary school

Strong knowledge of current SEN legislation and effective interventions
*
Empathy, professionalism, and leadership capability
