Our client looking for an Operations Manager who can keep their projects running like clockwork, elevate processes, and deliver outstanding results. You’ll work at the heart of the Health & Benefits division partnering with consultants, technical experts, and senior leaders—to ensure every project hits the mark and supports their strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
Lead the charge: Run day-to-day Insurance health & benefits projects alongside the Programme Director, guiding virtual teams to deliver quality, on time, every time.
Sharpen processes: Hunt for efficiencies, streamline workflows, and introduce smart, tech-driven solutions to boost productivity.
Deliver for clients: Ensure services exceed expectations, solve problems fast, and maintain the gold standard in service delivery.
Juggle projects in a calm manner: Oversee multiple projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines with precision.
Manage stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior leaders—representing the Programme Director at every turn.
Measure & improve: Track KPIs, analyse data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Stay compliant: Keep us aligned with regulations, manage risks, and ensure operational best practice.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ operations management experience, ideally in consultancy, health & benefits, or insurance
* Proven leadership skills and a track record of building strong, high-performing teams
* Experience managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines
* Data-savvy, with the ability to turn metrics into meaningful action
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels
* Highly organised, with first-class time management and multitasking ability
* Proficiency with CRM, project management, and analytics tools
Bonus points for:
* Experience delivering employee benefits programmes, health & wellness, or insurance services
* Budget management and cost optimisation know-how
* Project management, process improvement, or Lean Six Sigma experience
* Professional qualifications (CIPD, CII, or similar)
