We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Didcot branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Ensuring accurate parts ordering and reducing credits and returns by sending the correct parts first time.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to delivering excellent service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse with picking or storing products may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be advantageous.
