Join our team as Senior Project Manager (Systems and Transformation)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major systems and transformation projects across the organisation. This role focuses on delivering meaningful change, improving services, and making sure projects are well planned, well governed and people-centred.
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver complex programmes that improve value for money, customer outcomes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead large-scale systems and transformation projects from planning through to delivery
2. Manage multiple workstreams, making sure priorities, risks and dependencies are clearly understood
3. Put strong project governance in place, including budgets, reporting and decision-making processes
