ROLE: Trade Branch Supervisor
HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role
SALARY: £27,000 basic salary
BONUS: Realistic total earning potential of up to £32,000 annually

What our Branch Supervisors do:
* Lead by example and work closely with the Branch Manager
* Provide customer service and support
* Achieve sales targets and operational standards
* Support branch operations and team activities
* Ensure health and safety compliance
* Conduct stocktakes and maintain vehicle records
Requirements for our Branch Supervisors:
* Passion and energy for customer service and targets
* Customer-focused, confident, proactive
* Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
* Good organizational skills and initiative
* Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
* Full driving license, FLT license advantageous
* Ability to cover for Branch Manager
* Experience in stock takes, trade/retail environments preferred
* Comfortable working solo and in small teams
