Clinic Manager | Private Primary Care
£75,000 DOE
Full time/ Permanent – Monday to Friday

Compass Associates are excited to partner with an organically growing private healthcare provider, offering a variety of primary and preventive care services in Central London. This an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful, decades-old, yet innovative and modern clinic with bold aims for the future!
As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the clinic and operational oversight of the wider team. This will include driving and achieving financial targets, supporting the development of commercial opportunities and business growth, and maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be the face of the clinic and a key figure for the team, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering superb customer service.
What can you bring:
Previous healthcare management experience (essential)
Excellent business acumen and the ability to drive the clinic’s financial performance and increase revenue
Knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Strong but personable leadership
Strong customer service and communication skills
A proactive and organised approach
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
A good understanding of CQC regulations / previous experience with CQC
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM (onsite)
