Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive at Rands Solicitors. The role is based in Ashby, Scunthorpe (with the opportunity to work at our Brigg Branch at times) and involves managing various legal tasks, including handling residential and commercial conveyancing files, drafting legal documentation, supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations. The selected candidate will work closely with the firm’s team to deliver high-quality legal solutions while maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Conveyancing, including experience managing residential and commercial property transactions
* Knowledge of Conveyancing Law and a demonstrated ability to handle related legal matters with sensitivity and professionalism
* Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Professional qualification as a Solicitor/ Legal Executive
* Previous experience in a legal practice, specifically in conveyancing, is an advantage
