What would you be doing as a Digital and Telemarketing Campaign Manager at PayPlan?
We seek a strategic and planning-oriented Campaign Manager who values client support. Experience in contact centers, using data to drive decisions, and developing strong campaigns are essential.
As a Digital and Telemarketing Campaign Manager, you will:
* Develop and implement digital and telemarketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals
* Define target audiences, messaging, and KPIs for each campaign
* Oversee daily campaign operations
* Ensure compliance with data protection and telemarketing laws (e.g., GDPR, TPS)
* Manage call flows and engagement tracking using CRM and dialer systems
* Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders
* Continuously test and refine messaging, scripts, timing, and targeting
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align messaging and goals
