Customer Services Administrator – New Business
Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join a friendly, well-established team. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes
* Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures
* Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information
* Reviewing trust and corporate documentation as part of the new business application process
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 1 year experience in Life Assurance, ideally within new business or AML
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail skills
* Team Player
